The Notice Date and Due Date on BOTH letters say the same thing, the 16th. I called Pack n Mail immediately the next day (07/02/2021) and provided the tracking number, my name and they said that they would give it the manager. Called back later that day since I had not heard from anyone. They stated that the message was given. Called back on 07/05/2021 and had to leave another message for the manager. Called on 07/12/2021 and finally spoke to the manager who said she had no idea what I was talking about, she took the information and then said that she would call me in a day or two with an updated about claim. She never called me back. Called again on 07/22/2021 about status of refund claim and then asked for copies all of documentation submitted to Fedex for the claim. Conveniently no documentation could be provided and they would not refund the shipping fee. Be very careful using this location if time is a requirement since they do not guarantee their services.
