This review is for the Gainesville store 6621 West Newberry Rd in the Oaks Mall: My wife purchased a pair of earrings at the Brandon, FL location, as a gift but decided to return them to the Gainesville location UNUSED, never worn. Zack said, "no, we can't take earrings back...it's company policy". Frustrated, my wife called the Brandon, FL location, spoke with Jackie, and explained the situation. Jackie said there was not a "no earrings return policy", and spoke with her manager, Sandra (at the Brandon store). Sandra called the Gainesville store and spoke with Jasmin, and asked her, in the name of customer service, to let my wife return the earrings. Jasmin refused Brandon, FL, store manager Sandra's proposal for the customer service-based return. Picture this: my wife is on the phone with Jackie, Jasmin is on the phone with Sandra, telling Sandra - while looking at my wife - "oh, no, we're not going to do that...", while giving my wife what can be described as a "smug" look, as if she was only worried about her numbers and as if my wife was the one endangering her numbers. Kudos to store #184 (the Brandon, FL location), for trying to help us, but we will NEVER return to the Gainesville location again - even if the Gainesville store is closer. We will follow up with Pandora Corporate on this. Customers should not walk away from a Pandora store in this way, especially if the respect is still there for Pandora. My wife has been a customer with Pandora since their beginnings, and the Gainesville location will never get a piece of that back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't normally leave reviews. However, my husband bought me a rose gold "Brilliant Hearts" charm at Christmas time. I wore the bracelet and said charm and it started to get foggy. So I stopped wearing it. I used the cleaning kit that we bought from Pandora, still no better. So then I used half Dawn half water as they suggested, still no better. So I took the charm to the store and asked for help because there was a discoloration inside the charm. So I'm hoping they can clean it, and at worst replace it, given the 2 year guarantee. But NOPE, the young lady kept saying there wasn't much she could do, and she would never get credit for the charm so she wouldn't exchange it. She said the credit thing at least a good 6 or 7 times. I left defeated thinking that was a waste of money for that charm. I called the corporate number, and spoke to someone, her concern was not about getting credit for the charm. Instead she ordered a return shipping label and ordered a replacement charm to expedite the process. Moral of the story, don't waste your time going to the store thinking they can help, they won't do it because they're more afraid of not getting credit than having a client return. She is approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, has a contagious smile, kind, understanding, friendly, patient, great listener, empathetic etc. She also remembered what I was in for and was able to show me other options I may like that I had not thought about that were more perfect than what I had in mind. I am very pleased with my purchase for many reasons. She went above and below expectations and exceeded my expectations. She was also very kind in letting my husband and son who had purchased some jewelry from there a few days prior show me what they liked for me. If we asked about something she did not hesitate to show me/us. She did allowed me to process and make the right decision for me that best suited my needs. THANK YOU CELESTE!!!
