Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Gainesville

One of the worst chick fil a I have ever been too. I asked for two side salads and a grilled chicken to make myself a salad because I have all the extra stuff because I have food allergies especially to cheese. The side salads come with cheese and I had to pick that off. Then I got fried chicken instead of grilled. At the time my receipt fell on the floor and couldn't find I did end up finding later but I went up to the frost gave back the fried chicken and asked for the grill like I ordered and the girl Maria said she needed a receipt. I told her I lost it but I brought my bags that my food was in. That wasn't good enough for her. Now I mind u I was a department manager for a big chain fast food restaurant for 10 years and if I was in her position I would of just got the grilled chicken. I did had her back the fried so why would I steal it...anyways she preceeded to refund me and charged me more for the grilled chicken even though when I ordered that's why I specifically asked for. Then she proceeded to tell me to have a better day. My day was just find till I decided to eat there. I know this location more then likely hires alot UF students since it's right by UF college. Manager demands customer return incorrect orders to the kitchen for redistribution. With so many challenges from this location I feel inclined to write a review. My recent visit at the mall I ordered a salad and lemonade. After walking through the mall with lots of bags I finally left the parking lot. I received a text of my transaction which was double the price. I turned back around with bag in hand and informed the cashier I was charged for two salads despite ordering only one. Prior to issuing a refund for one salad they demanded I give back one salad. Despite messing up my order and inconveniencing me the manager literally asked a customer to return food which was taken back to the kitchen. This is disgusting and not the first time this has happened. This location constantly mess up online orders and do not issue refunds. In addition they expect you to return back to the location the same day to retrieve missing items. This is gross, be careful when...

This Chick-fil-A is on he ball. They look small being stationed inside the Oaks Mall in one of the little food outlets. However, they have a drive through service that is fairly quick. They also have a walk in service that if very fast. I started at the back of a line of about 30 people with no exaggeration. I had my food in about 8 minutes from the time I stepped into the line. They took my order in about 3 minutes from the time I stepped into line. There had to be at least 15 people working all within that little area behind the desk. Not to mention those in the back cooking and cleaning and prepping orders, and not to mention those outside directing traffic for the drive through and delivering the orders to each vehicle. Oh and did I tell you they have you park in a line and they bring your order out to you. All I got to say is if you are at the mall or driving by the mall and want some good chicken.
