Always a great meal at Charley's. Been here numerous times and I'll continue to eat here. Food quality is second to none. Staff is always friendly and I get taken care of very quickly. If you're tired of standard fast food and want something delicious, I very highly recommend eating here. Plenty of options and it's always fresh. To the staff here, keep up the awesome work!! Y'all deserve a raise for keeping the high standards and taking care of customers quickly with good food.

I stopped here when I was at the Oaks mall and decided to get the Old School Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and fries. All I can say is it was very close to the Philly cheesesteak I had when I was in Philly. Husband had the Mozzarella Cheese sticks. 👍Good job, guys, a great taste of home.

My girlfriend went there for lunch around 12:15pm on 02/12/25 and we were gonna split the sandwich on our lunch break. But we ordered a chicken California with tomato and banana peppers no lettuce add tomato order number 28. Isabella was the manager on duty and Stephanie was the young lady who took my order. The sandwich came with lettuce on it and my girlfriend took the sandwich back up there to let them know that there was lettuce on it. Stephanie proceeded to try and wipe the lettuce off the sandwich and re served it to my girlfriend. Which my girlfriend demanded a refund and just bought the drink. This place is completely unacceptable and we will never shop here again. Disappointed is to...

The food was good, the service terrible! I ordered a philly cheesesteak. It was good, it would have been better if I didn't have to wait for 40 minutes for two subs and an order of fries. They had to remake my sandwich because they gave it to a customer that had been waiting 30 minutes ahead of me who they forgot about. The manager decided to go out for a smoke and packed her cigarettes in the view of the 8 customers waiting and leave her team in the middle of the rush. Then put up a sign stating they were not serving anymore customers at 8pm. It was a mess. It scares me that this is what the work force will look like across our country in every industry within the next...

I was happily surprised that my craving for cheesesteak was satisfied even without the roll. They gladly offered me a bed of fresh greens with which to enjoy my steak, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Considering this is a food court location, this was very impressive. I also feasted on some of the fries, which were not a gluten issue for me, as long as you are conscientious of the toppings. It was a way bigger portion than I could finish. Be prepared for a little wait, because they are cooking to order, when you order so be realistic and know that in five to ten minutes--you will be munching happy.
