This store is very clean always neat and has the wonderful staff. The store manager Missy is by far one of the sweetest and kindest store mangers I’ve came across in a while. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are greeted as soon as you step foot in the store and immediately asks if you need help in finding anything. The staff members are the same as well, Asha is one of a kind she is funny , kind and not only is she so helpful but she really knows her fashion and will make sure you not only feel good in what your trying on but she will also make sure you are up to date on all the new trends for older woman as myself, Alisha and Isabella are all not only kind welcoming and have great customer service mannerisms but they actually care to see you happy in whatever you have chosen to purchase. Walking in there if you’ve every felt low confidence about a certain look your going for just know they will hype you up to fullest just to make sure you have the biggest smile on your face. You definitely will feel your best self walking out. Windsor changed my outlook on attire and I feel I went from frumpy to fabulous and I owe it all to the amazing way I felt when all of these staff members...

My mom, little sister, and I were checking out with the store manager, Missy, when a scary incident of a possible active shooter began. Missy was extremely assertive and secured her perimeter of the store while also assisting customers in the evacuation through the back doors. Albany was also working that evening and was extremely comforting during the situation and being able to assist the customers to safety. We thank these ladies for their bravery and willingness to help the customers out of such a terrifying time. Times like these throw people into panic and we are just so grateful that we had these wonderful women in charge and act so quickly for the safety...

The assistant manager Loreesa (I hope I spelled that correctly) was absolutely amazing. I am getting married on the 14th and had an issue with my dress being in on time so she helped me pick the perfect one. Very attentive and kind!
