As other customers voiced, customer service at the Gaithersburg location is very very bad. I used to shop at WHBM a lot (had Platinum status) but stopped because 1) fashion / quality and 2) rewards system changed since new CEO takeover last year. If you shop at this store as much as I did, then you really rely on good rewards especially since their prices are not low. Whenever I asked what rewards I had available, I was given a bad attitude. I was not greeted when I walked in most of the times, and especially not when I walked out without purchase made. I ended up buying online and made returns at the Gaithersburg location since it’s the closest, and by doing so, I had to tolerate even more negative attitude as it appears the return got applied against their store revenue. Read moreI went to the Gaithersburg store to pick up an online order but an item had been canceled on my order so while I was there I asked if they had the item and they did infact have it so i was very excited as i really liked the item. When I inquired about receiving it at the same price I had ordered it for they said they couldn't give me the sale price, which was a difference of $12.00.
