Galveston Trolley Station — Local services in Galveston

Well for using it for the first time we were very dissapointed in the pickup location that we were waiting on the trolli.Some location around the seawall ,I guess they do not pick people up that assume that was a pickup location.According to the map at the Trolli pickup stop location.There no proper information on which trolli picks people up.Very confusing.It is not very professional to have trollis location around the seawall and they won't pick you up.And in the afternoon they do drop people off at locations that are not pickup or drop off locations.In the morning but do in the afternoon. We had to walk to the next pick up location because we were under the impression that the location we were in was a pick up location.You guys need better information at the drop of and pickup location to get a better understanding. We were dissapointed in the service of how you run your business .The drop off and pick up location need to be better marked so we get better understanding which trolli stops there and which one doesn't. I don't think I will be using this transporting buisness ever again.This wasn't the first time either.Very dissapointed about how you operate on were the stops and pick up are.I would not ever use it again.Be...

The trolleys are nice to have for those of us who don’t have cars or don’t drive. The only problem is that they take forever (30 mins-an hour) and then when they finally come they rush you, there’s not bus signs at many of the stops or shade and some of the drivers are kind of rude and nonchalant. I was asking a driver a question and he told me to “hold on” so I asked the other passengers instead to ensure I was on the correct bus and they helped so when he finally was ready to help I told him I didn’t need it!!!! He tried to ask questions and I wouldn’t answer them cause I already asked!!! I see someone argue with a driver atleast once a day that a ride...

The trolley was a great system to get around Galveston without the need to find parking. We were in between stops and could not walk any further and we waved a trolley down. They graciously stopped but explained it was confusing to the drivers behind us. We were able to get on and give our feet a break. I must add, we were there in December, so the traffic was probably a lot lighter than usual. Make sure you check their schedule and note that round trip is about 20 minutes in lighter traffic, not the 30 stated on the website. Thank you ladies for stopping on December 29th...
