First time parking at this cruise port. We paid for the garage parking because i wanted evaluated and covered parking. This parking garge is directly across the street from terminal 25. Super easy to find parking. I recommend paying in advance prior to your cruise.

We went on a Carnival cruise and this is the best parking spot! It is worth the price because it's walking distance from the port. Michael was the parking attendant and he was incredibly helpful with getting into the lot and out of the lot when there was an insane amount of traffic. I would definitely use this lot again for any...

I just spoke with Michael from Pier 25 and if I could rate him 10 stars I would! Very rarely can anyone find such stellar customer service. I fractured my knee, I’m in a wheelchair and was worried about parking. He eased my concerns and explained exactly where we need to park. Mostly he was so kind and...

Our first cruise out of Galveston and we had no idea where to park, but we wanted to be close. Mr. Joe hughes was so friendly and kind in directing us to this lot and it was comparable to other lots. Our car was safe and we got off the boat and went right on the road. Super easy, will use this again...
