Listen I went to dicks to get my GT aggressor pro mountain bike checked out. Cough* cough* WARRANTY my front derailer and my brake disc on the front was loose, all I needed was a tune up on the front derailer and a new brake disc on the front. They told me that they won’t be able to have the brake disc in time in a week and I said that’s ok. But I needed that bike before I was going to bike in the mountains this Friday. So they told me on SATURDAY that they can tune my bike and get it ready before I leave on Friday I said that’s ok. So it’s wednsday now and it’s been over a week since I left it there, I go into dicks go to the bike department waited for about a good 10 minutes before someone HELPED me then I get the bike back and they said they they couldn’t fix it cuz they were held back. But yet THERE WERE NO EMPLOYEES WORKING ON A BIKE WHEN I GET THERE. FOR CHRIST SAKE THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY. So to Dicks sporting goods and there employees, get your act straight because I’m stuck here not know what to do with my bike when I have an event going on this Friday. Ever since they pussed out and quit carrying real sporting goods its just an over glamorized track meet supply shop. Looking for a large cooler and their online selection says they don thave the larger Yeti65 coolers, so being that they are the same price, I just ordered it directly from Yeti. even their website sucks and wont load when you are looking for something specific. Used to be a great store back in the day, now its just a bunch of garbage and very little inventory. I would rather support a local shop if we had one...
Read moreWe were in the store the other day to buy new shoes for my daughter that we just discovered is flat footed. We were greeted with a smile when we walked into the store by Carlos (who we later found out was the store manager). He spent about 45 minutes helping us with shoes and insoles and taught us so much (I never knew there was to know) about shoes and which ones are good for different foot types. He was so helpful and gave us awesome personalized service! Top notch!! I appreciate all the insight and help! Always a great experience...
