What an awesome classroom environment! Garry was so helpful, the kids were intrigued, and it was hands on building awsome robots! I had such a good time I can't wait to bring my little boy there and have another class!! I also learned a great place to donate all my old electronics 2, and that some of the interactive toys have the parts that they need, what a what a great place to donate because you know they're gonna re use and make something really cool out of it! We had about 16 kids in the class and it worked so well! Definitely coming back soon.

Great Store! I've been here a few times and they have so many different cool electronics. I recently bought a used PC, an Alienware Aurora R7 with an Nvidia GTX 1070 and an Intel i5 8400 for $350 and it works greatwith no issues. I have had the PC for almost 2 weeks now. If your looking for electronics, this is the store for you!

Possibly one of the coolest stores in the whole Valley and full of wild stuff for electronics nerds. I made my own touchscreen mobile Raspberry Pi using a $0.50 reclaimed capacitive touchscreen from here.

Giving a 2-star rating to maintain fairness toward all other employees and the shop's nature because, besides the individual I am about to discuss, everyone else is super friendly and informative. HOWEVER, there is one extremely rude and unprofessional employee who utterly ruins any experience you can have here if they are working. He's a shorter guy with a beard and looks like he doesn't take great care of himself. My friends and I stopped in to take a look through their items for anything worthwhile. We're younger and were goofing off a little (pointing at items and laughing at them or picking them up to see what they do). In the back, they had a bin of old hard drives with a homemade grabber so you could dig through. We thought it was pretty cool that they had made one so we, of course, were checking it out, and at some point, I used it to grab my friend's hat off his head. This employee comes to the back room and rips the grabber out of my hand, yelling at us, saying that "IT'S A TOOL, NOT A TOY." When we apologize, he responds with "oh yeah, I'm sure you are." Now, I understand if they don't want us messing with their stuff the way we did, which is completely respectable, and it would have been no issue if they had politely asked us to stop, but the way that this guy decided to handle the situation was completely uncalled for. This is extremely upsetting because my friends and I love the Reuseum, we have bought many items from them, and enjoy talking to many of the employees there, but from now on, we will not be visiting if we see this employee...

Addressing the recent 1 star review... I just want to add context to the situation. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I volunteer at the Reuseum. And I recall this incident. Nobody asked me to write this- I've taken matters into my own hands with this matter.

I've known Glen for decades. He would never make fun of anyone. In fact, he stutters sometimes too. He might have been stuttering while responding to someone, but he definitely wouldn't deliberately antagonize anyone.

The YMCA called and one of the employees returned her call. The representative from the YMCA made arrangements to come in and discuss the matter, which she did. She was informed that Glen, too, stutters and whatever someone thought transpired was indeed not what it looks like. Glen has undergone multiple background checks, fingerprints for an FBI background check, and has hundreds of personal references that have been vetted. He's very qualified to be doing the job he does.

We were told that the issue was resolved.

I just want to point out Glen does not nor has ever answered the phone at the Reuseum. Brandon, Trevor, and occasionally Kyle answer the phone. Glen isn't even in the same building the phone rings to! It's been this way for at least the last 3 years. So I 100% believe the phone call situation is a complete fabrication.

The manager's name is Kyle, he's there 6 days a week, give him a call and air your grievances. It basically boils down to your word against Glen, and anyone who knows Glen knows he would not act like you are...

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They do not stand behind there products!(understandable for their used stuff but I am talking about new in original package) I've been a regular customer for years and reasonably satisfied but Friday (07/20/2018) morning I purchased a new in the package arduino uno that was defective right out of the package (bad sector in prom). I tried to return it and encountered the most rude, arrogant, jackass behind the counter. First of all he would not believe there was anything wrong with the board. Then after failing to load a program. First he claimed that my software screwed it up. Impossible! you cannot hurt hardware with software. It runs fine in 3 other arduinos and have been using it for 2 years. Then he claimed I did something to it. I treated it far better than he did when he was checking it out. He didn't even use a grounding kit. He treated first as if I was an idiot, then as if I was dishonest. He couldn't even tell the board had a bad prom and claimed it was the ftdi chip. He absolutely refused to give me a new board. If you want an arduino, I suggest...
