I attended an event at Barbarian Brewing and the building and staff were all very lovely. I didn't order anything since I planned to drive later but everyone seemed to enjoy their beers and the building was extremely clean and pleasant. I would like to give them more patronage in the future, but unfortunately, the neighboring Stagecoach Inn did not adequately mark their private parking lot and it resulted in me and many, many other people who attended the event getting our vehicles booted and forced to pay $200 to a private towing company. Obviously Barbarian is not responsible for the inadequate signage and (in my opinion) very shady business practices of the Stagecoach, but I think they could benefit from their own clearer signage of where to park, especially if they plan to host more events like this with so many people in attendance at once. I would have been very happy to park elsewhere if it had been communicated beforehand or indicated to me properly. I don't want Barbarian or their customers to be harmed further by this situation, and if Stagecoach Inn is going to refuse to improve their own signage because they seem to believe it's adequate enough, I think Barbarian could benefit from better signage/communication with their own patrons. I would be interested in returning in the future and will be reccomending this business to people who enjoy breweries, but I will absolutely be warning people about the...
Read moreNOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. We just left Barbarian and had the worst experience we have had at a brewery. We have been frequent customers there and and won't be returning after today. My little family were trying to enjoy our company after I worked a full day at the hospital and I was excited to hang with my family and relax. I have a three year old daughter and 1.5 year old daughter. We found a seat inside today because it's been really hot. We had just sat down we were discussing buying shirts and hats and our littlest yelled at the most 5 times. We were in the process of calming her down when a man came from behind the bar and told us if she yelled again we would be asked to sit outside. We were shocked because we had just got there. We are so disappointed because we really liked this place but our family no longer feels welcomed and I would not consider this a family friendly place. Luckily there are other family friendly places like Mad Swede that we...
