Bedroom Company — Local services in Garfield Township

My sister and I just purchased a mattress for our parent's lake house. The salesman was so helpful. He knew we were on a limited time frame both to purchase and have the mattress delivered. We were also very straight forward about our budget, and he immediately showed us the perfect mattress. He didn't try to upsell us.

The two men that delivered the mattress were AMAZING. They could see we were struggling putting together the frame and plastic platform. They did it for us, no questions asked. It probably saved us 3 hours. This is the first time in several years all four of us siblings have vacationed together, so it was priceless.

Man what a wonderful experience at first. My wife and I weren't even going to purchase a bed right away but the fact the salesman told us that we had 30 days to return the bed with a small restocking fee we said we will try this mattress company even though nobody knows about them. Turns out classic salesman he was lying through his teeth! Turns they will only give you a in store credit to buy only their beds which aren't even rated and are made in escanaba! The customer service and delivery were all good, no complaints on that end.

But we bought a king-sized Michigan Mattress XXF from them 9 months ago, and it is completely shot. I weigh 180, my wife much less, and there are two side-by-side valleys in the mattress already. No butt or lower back support, feels like a hammock with a hole in the middle. Both of us now have lower back pain, which miraculously disappears if we sleep on a different mattress for a couple of nights.
