NO parking space. We had to park at pizza hut. Employees were very rude and didn't know how to run the place. One employee was just standing there with a cart as we were trying to pass and when we made it clear we were trying to pass, the lady just parked the cart there and walked away, blocking the entire isle. Not to mention the way they had the place set up was very narrow and hard to get through.

My friend's ID card did not reflect her gender identity or preferred name. I went anticipating for explanation or negotiation. WRC staff were affirming, respectful and helped with clothing for her new job.
