Really disappointed in our mattress purchase. There is no side support, and after 2 weeks of sleeping on it we already have huge indentations and significant back pain. Not to mention we are sliding off it. What is the point of having a king size mattress if most of the bed is unusable? The return policy is terrible, you have to exchange with one in the store and pay a fee. This would be reasonable except all their mattress are made the same. Well, we purchased a mattress from another manufacturer and it was way too hard for us. We went to original mattress factory and the sales person boasted about customer satisfaction and we ended up buying the latex mattress. Long story short it was horrible. Another long story short over $1000 later we got the orthopedic pillow top. To be told to get deep pocket sheets ay mattress cover. Initially told the mattress is over 16". Well our mattress is under 16". Deep pocket sheet are too big. As is the mattress cover. Hundreds of dollars later because you can't return sheets or mattress cover. So...
