THE PLACE IS A NICE PLACE TO GO TO FOR A WIDE SELECTION, HOWEVER I'M GIVING THEM SUCH A LOW RATING FOR THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH 1 OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM IN THE COOLER AND I SAW A CUSTOMER GRAB THE LAST 2 ON THE SHELF. I STOPPED THE NEAREST EMPLOYEE AND ASKED IF YOU GUYS HAD MORE IN STOCK AND HE WALKED ME OVER TO THE SECTION AND SAID IF IT'S NOT ON THE SHELF THEN WE'RE OUT. I POLITELY THANKED HIM AND STARTED TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM. AS I WAS LOOKING, I NOTICED THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS STACKED UP INSIDE THE COOLER BEHIND THE SHELVES. SO I WENT AND FOUND 3 GUYS STANDING IN THE WINE SECTION AND ASKED THEM ABOUT THE PRODUCT. ONE GUY TOLD ME THE SAME THING, IF IT'S NOT ON THE SHELF THEN THEY WERE PROBABLY OUT. HE LOOKED IN THE COMPUTER THAT WAS NEARBY AND TOLD ME IT SAID 0 IN STOCK. SO I SAID OK BUT THEN ASKED FOR THE SAME PRODUCT BUT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE. I NEEDED SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY DO SOME PHYSICAL LOOKING BECAUSE I KNEW THAT I SAW THEM STACKED UP IN THE COOLER. HE AGREED TO GO TAKE A LOOK AND AS HE WALKED AWAY, I LAUGHED AND TOLD THE OTHER GUY THAT IT DOESN'T HELP YOU GUYS TO SAY YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING IF I CAN SEE WHAT'S IN THE STORAGE COOLER. EVENTUALLY, I WAS ABLE TO GET THE GUYS TO RESTOCK THE SHELF AFTER I LEAD SOMEONE OVER TO WHAT I HAD SEEN. *(MESSAGE TO THE MANAGEMENT) YOU MISS OUT ON SALES WHEN YOU HAVE LAZY EMPLOYEES AND IF THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR DAILY SALES GOAL THEN MAYBE YOU DO. Read moreAnother poor curbside pickup experience here — this time, 14 minutes sitting outside while my order sat untouched just inside the entrance. The parking lot was nearly empty, the store wasn’t busy, and I followed the check-in process exactly as instructed. Still, no communication, no update, and no sense of urgency from anyone inside.
When someone finally did come out, they tried to hand me a full case instead of the one bottle I’d prepaid for. Sloppy — and frankly, a pretty efficient way to lose money.
This store has a huge inventory — that’s the only reason I’ve continued shopping here for the past five years. But the service? It’s practically nonexistent. You can’t find anyone on the floor to help with anything, and the curbside setup is just as neglected. There’s no designated area, so you’re stuck pulling up wherever you can and hoping someone eventually notices.
The staff interactions don’t help either — indifferent at best, and in this case, totally dismissive. If there’s any kind of training going on for customer-facing roles, it’s not making an impact.

Read moreKnowledgeable folks, huge selection, order ahead in the app with the same in-store prices, and checkout is usually fast. There are two things I wish they'd change:
1)Bring back the in-store samples. They used to have a glass case in the front of the store and you could sample anything that had a red dot on the price label. It was great because I could taste a few bourbons or rums I hadn't had before and pick which one I wanted. It's incredibly frustrating to take a chance on a $70 bottle and then it's not very good.
