The sales team here is so great at their job they they will deceptively fail explain that the 60-day home trial excludes all of your covers if you order custom (which is half the price of the couch and standard covers aren’t included with purchase either). They will make you sign paperwork saying you understand the covers are custom and cannot be returned or exchanged but will not clarify that that includes if you take advantage of the 60 day home trial. Of course, the verbiage within the 60 day home trial that states custom is not included in the trial will not be verbalized to you, does not require a signature of acknowledgment, and is within a different section of the sales paperwork than where the signature is required.

I received my entire couch last week and no matter how much pulling I do the covers continue to at a minimum leave an awkward V cut but often even leave the corners of my bases exposed. Now that I know this is an issue I can see numerous online photos and videos of people whose corners are also exposed.

Customer service has validated the fact that their sales team is trained to show how easy it is but that speaking from their experience “putting the covers on is a complete pain” and “you will get cut up from the velcro” among other less than flattering things about the product that I am stuck with.

Since the covers are ‘custom’, they will not refund the covers (even if I return the entire couch) and my only option is for them to send me new covers “in case they are defective” and a how to video to watch. They also offer no in home services to assist with building the couch, putting on covers etc (even at an added charge). Conveniently for them my options are now to wait an additional 6-8 weeks for replacement covers, during which time the warranty will expire on the parts of my purchase that are covered or return the physical seats and eat the several thousand dollar cost of my defective covers.

Absolutely do not recommend purchasing a couch from here or any other location unless you are okay with it looking unfinished for 3-5x the cost of a...

I have had the most incredible experience with Love Sac! I have two SuperSacs that I use for movie night, date night, snuggle with the dog night...really any and every night I can. I was living in Alaska and purchased the Elk phur covers, they were thick and warm but now living in Tennessee I needed something lighter and not so warm. I was staying with my sister in Chicago during the transition and decided to go into the store to actually feel all the possibilities, (something I was unable to do in Alaska). The young man who helped me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had my service dog with me and everyone was very friendly. I purchased two Owl phur covers and was told they would arrive in 2-4 weeks. They were on my doorstep in 3 days!!!! Thank you Love Sac for making one item on my “to do” list so simple. The salespeople were very nice and patient however I absolutely hate the sofa. We bought the deep seat and which makes different configurations very limited. It’s also very difficult to put together. The legs don’t go into the leg board easily. You have to practically be Herculean. The cushion covers shift all the time, which makes it look very messy and the seat cushions are so stiff. We ordered the softer cushions and they are awful. Not soft at all. It kills my back if I sit on it too long. Definitely not long enough for a movie. I can’t fathom what the firmer cushions would feel like. I wish I went with my gut and bought what was our second option. And unfortunately we are past our return...
