Bandy Jewelers — Local services in Georgetown

The man working there is very rude and degrading. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in business. That doesn’t mean you can throw your hands up in the air and call a grown woman a “girl” and then walk away while I’m still standing at the counter. If you couldn’t do what I was asking you to do, you should have just said so politely. I brought in three watches that needed new batteries. I didn't necessarily want all of the batteries changed at once. I asked him to change out whichever one would be quickest because I only had 15-20 mins and I'd bring the other watch(es) back another time. I was getting ready to go out of town and only needed one working watch. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Basically, he wanted to do all three or none and wanted me to leave the watches with him and come back which I told him I could not do. He wouldn't even change out ONE battery for me while I waited. Maybe my request was challenging but I don't think it was unrealistic and I definitely didn't deserve the treatment I got from this man.
