Debbie's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Germantown

I was excited to see a Hallmark and it is beautiful store. Unfortunately, the people who work there are not very friendly. I was not greeted, and no one asked me if I needed help (other people were greeted and asked if they needed help). I noticed a lot of Christian products with beautiful sayings/prayers. Debbie actually lied about the details regarding what transpired during the ordering process, refused to refund my money and after I pointed out her error, she blamed an employee!
