The place looks old first of all. The lady did my massage good but there was a guy that was waiting at the front desk talking about leaving a tip. I didn't have it as the massage was 70 dollars. So I left a $5 tip and he laughed. Very bad business I hope it gets shut down really. This is not the first person who said they beg for tip. I would never come back and will leave this review in every site I can. Just terrible. If the manager is reading this you should be mindful of other people situations. Maybe this is their last bit of money and you're laughing at their last bit of money. It's very uncomfortable and degrading and makes them not want to come back.
Update to the person who responded to my review. You are lying about looking at the video I came a couple months ago so how did you know what time to look? Second of all he was laughing AT ME please dont patronize me I know what I saw. And you said 95% like you? But you have a lot of bad reviews saying the SAME THING about the tips! Instead of attacking me you should work on that like I'm working on reporting you because everybody can't be saying the same thing. Like I said it was MY LAST money and I still got uncomfortable leaving did you read that part??? No you just say "tip more" after I said it was MY LAST MONEY that is so selfish and you are only worried about money. If you get so much service one person paying what they could afford shouldn't bother you to laugh at them. I am looking to report you to the county if I can honestly your response just shows why I will never be...
Read moreNever taking time to pamper myself, I made an appointment to get my tires done at NTB on Wisteria Drive, instead of waiting in there lobby I decided to see if there was a nearby spa for a long needed massage. Found my healing spa while doing a nearby search and was so excited to be a walk in first time customer. Had my massage done by Lisa and she was amazing. It was worth every 90 minutes of it. Reading the previous reviews about the noise and hearing customers coming into the shop, my experience was hearing one customer in the next room (talking quietly for a short minute), but again a business can't help if other incoming customers aren't "keeping the noise down" unless they post signs "quiet please". Then the review about no music, my experience was that it did stop for a few moments, but again Lisa did such a wonderful job that I was in such an absolutely deep state of relaxation that no loud customers or barking dogs could've interrupted this amazing deep state of relaxation/experience. I've been to fancy spa's, while lovely, they are not the only places to receive a high-quality massage, don't let a place like this in a strip mall detour you from trying it. This will be my go to place from...
Read moreShould have read the reviews before coming here.Public beware! Mediocre massage less than 1 hour.I was given a 50dollars massage giftcard to this place after the massage which was not good, I was accosted at the exit door and stopped from leaving till I gave a tip.Well I hadn't planned on giving any tip so I gave them a 20dollar bill which I was going to use for something else and asked them to give me a $15 change but they simply gave me back a $10 dollar bill with a look that said you better! I felt like I had stolen something and failed to pay.No one has the right to make a paying customer feel like a thief. Tips are not mandatory, we all work and some of us do jobs much more tedious than massaging and I have never received a $1 tip not to talk about $10! Some people save a long time to be able to afford such treats it is preposterous for someone who by the way is being paid to do a job to assume that every one is walking around with $20 to give for a tip!most people don't make $10 an hour and asking such a person for a $20 tip is taking two hours worth of work! I wouldn't go here...
