I have experienced this center under two different administrations. What I can speak to is the utter lack of professionalism, snooty and fake staff demeanor, and the low vibrational energy of some personnel, i.e Chontelle Norris. I do not recommend ever doing business with them. All they care about is the money they keep asking for. As it relates to tailored community events they put effort there. However, it is not enough to warrant my return. I still cannot believe the snot nosed employee Kirk Patton II who looked and responded to me as if it was the greatest inconvenience when I inquired to visit the art gallery. This is not the place to be art snobs. You never know who graces their presence on your steps. I will never be back- what a disgusting few...

She then proceeded to show them the tickets she purchased, but was met with indifference and a piece of paper with hand written "tickets" for the seats. Instead of having those individuals moved, she was first met with more indifference before being told they could not help her. This led to the manager getting involved, who said the same thing before telling her she would have to find her different seats in a completely different part of the venue. I now know to never recommend this place and will be dissuading anyone I know from...

I've been to a few of BlackRock's programs for kids. I went one of their summer camps last summer and been to quite a few of the Saturday morning musical theater programs such as Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Broadway in Revue, and Suessical, Jr., and attended a hip-hop class. Overall I love BlackRock. The teachers are very kind and helpful, and there is no one there that will criticize you or critique you. BlackRock is a great place to go for theater, dance, musical, and art...
