Jose and his team provided excellent, prompt service at an extremely reasonable price. I had to have the ceiling of my bathroom opened for some repairs, and the company who did it really butchered the drywall in the process. Jagged cuts, a destroyed ledge, openings made that were unnecessary for the job that they did, etc. I called Jose after 4 pm on a Monday, and he answered immediately and agreed to come view my bathroom and give me an estimate the next morning. By Wednesday evening, the drywall was up and all of the damage was repaired. By Saturday, my bathroom was fully repainted and looks so much better than it did before. It looks even better now than it did when we had contractors redo the bathroom and paint just a few years ago. In addition to being skilled, Jose and his team were also thoughtful and considerate. They took great pains to keep my bathroom and the adjoining room as clean as they could and were kind enough to sweep up at the end of each day, which I highly appreciated. On April 24, 2025 JLM freely provided essential information: cost to replace a Badger 5 1/2 HP garbage disposal if I purchased the disposal, cost if JLM purchased the disposal, information about size of a disposal that helped me believe I could purchase the correct item and thus save almost $100. JLM also gave me a time to replace the disposal versus a 4-hour window. I called plumbing companies first. None would tell me the cost, not even a range. They needed to come out and see. This was awful, given a dispatch fee was attached. After having two companies come out and both wanted over $800, I was discouraged. Thank God for a new approached. I started searching handyman versus plumber. I think being a handyman and small business elevated JLM above the large plumbing companies in providing what I needed.
