I just got off the phone, no let me rephrase that the manager of Roy Rodgers just hung up on me. Last week I ordered a (12) piece family meal and had my son pick it up on his way home from working a 10 hour shift. Not (1) biscuit in the bag. I immediately called and asked for the manager, they put (Danielle) on the phone. As soon as I said they didn't put biscuits in the bag she acknowledged they were left out by mistake. My son said she was the one that gave him the bag. Danielle said I could come & get them but I declined to come out in that cold weather to get some biscuits and said I get them on my next order. Tonight 2/6/19 I had my son to pick up my order after work again. I called 7:30 PM asked for Danielle and requested she take my order and make sure to put my paid for biscuits from last week in the bag. After a mistake & a customer request the mgr takes the order to insure it's done right ... the least she could do is due diligence and make sure it's right before the order leaves the store. I fixed my dinner on my plate and as I emptied the bag noticed no chicken tenders $9.99 was in the bag. I called immediately and asked for Danielle. I asked what happen to the chicken tenders. She says hold on while I heard her saying something to her crew . She got back on the phone and proceeds to tell me she put it in the bag herself... I then yelled her name "Danielle", because this unprofessional mgr is actually calling me a liar at this point. She then rails you talk to me with respect. Why? you don't seem to be respecting my time or money that every-time I order something is missing and you got nerve to have attitude. I was in pajamas but I got dressed put everything in the bag and took it back even my chicken on my plate. Not a customer in the place but them. Ask for corporate number & my money back. This is long enough but doesn't include all that was said. They have lost a customer because of a lying unprofessional mgr that is too lazy to due her due diligence to make sure a previously screwed up order goes out the door correctly. I went right to Chick Fila and had my order filled correctly in less than 10 minutes. In competence will...
Read moreThis review is solely on the customer service I had literally just experience. I walked in to order my food and as I was waiting for my food to be ready I asked the lady working there if there were any more ketchup and sauces as the sauce pumps were not there. Although she barely responded to me nor acknowledge that I was there asking her a question she brought out the sauce pumps so I went ahead and helped myself and started pumping sauce into the to go container only to find myself covered in sauce ruining my brand new Hugo Boss hoodie. Apparently when the sauces were refilled in these pumps the lady who had refilled it did not make sure to prestage these pumps to remove any air that was caught inside. So when I had pumped it initially , it had exploded all over me. not a single employee there said anything to me including the woman who was the one who refilled them as she looked at me like I was a complete clutz as she said absolutely nothing to me. No apologies or any assistance as I was asking her to make sure these pumps were prepped correctly before I begin to help myself again in which she failed to do. It took another worker to come out to show her how to prep the pump as I was left standing there without any help nor any type of apologies. Roy Rogers is great however with this experience, I really hope that the staff are better educated on improving their customer service and have at least some form of empathy for their customers due to their mistakes. my brand new designer hoodie is now considered stained and does not look like I am able to...
Read moreThe female Indian manager is probably one of the most lackadaisical and simple minded managers I have ever come across. I understand with the current pandemic her store has to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves and their customers. With that being said, I went this morning for takeout. I noticed the door was locked. They did not have a sign explaining they are no longer doing take out orders, just their revised hours of service. So I called the store. The "manager" answered; I proceeded to tell her what was going on and ask what I should do. She replied to do an online order or do a door dash delivery. I explained that I was currently at the establishment and questioned how I was suppose to get my food if I placed an online order. Would one of her associates come outside and hand it to me? She proceeds to repeatedly tell me that she didn't know and that I should go on the company website (for what I don't know) or use door dash. What nonsense. So I told her what she was saying wasn't making any sense. She proceeded to hang up on me. Seriously? So I had to walk and STAND at the drive thru with 1 car in front and behind me to get my order there. God forbid if I had got hit by a car.
Thankfully her associate Farhana was nice enough to take my order at the drive thru. despite the circumstances. She was great. As far as the manager, maybe she should reconsider working in customer...
