Asia Cafe — Restaurant in Germantown

I never leave reviews for anything, but this place just sorta pushed me to my limit. If i could rate this place any lower than one star, i would. The customer service was really terrible, the server was very rude and quick to jump at me and my boyfriend’s throat when we voiced something was off about what we had ordered. Speaking of what we had ordered, the food was super bland, no flavor at all, and it even came out pretty cold. The server made us pay BEFORE even sitting down to eat (which was already shady), and when we wanted a refund after BARELY touching the food at all, she got very offended and tried to argue with us right there and then. They made us pay $38 for our food to be served on paper plates at that… like cmon. No effort was put into presentation, or making the customer feel comfortable. Wouldn’t even ask/offer you a glass of water. I wouldn’t trust the 5 star ratings on this reviews, they're very most likely out there by the employees working here. Def don’t recommend, this place is so trash and they are for sure scamming ppl outta...

I ordered through DoorDash and called the store right after to give special instructions, because the last time I ordered, the fries came out hard. Mind you, this was my first time ever calling in. I simply asked if they could make the chicken extra crispy and the fries done but not hard.

Instead of helping, the manager told me, ‘You people call and complain about orders. If you want it a certain way, go to another store.’ I guess by ‘you people’ she means customers who call in with instructions. I calmly explained that I wasn’t complaining, I was just letting them know how I preferred my food.

She then started talking to someone in the background, went silent, and hung up on me. I won’t be patronizing this place anymore. If you like your food made a certain way, I would highly recommend not coming here, you may end up with your food tampered with as...

My husband and I have ordered from this resturant for 2 yrs and on this day 10/3/12 decided to order some food from there and our food was cold when it was delivered and wrong so the delivery guy asked my husband for a tip and b cause we paid with a credit card he had no cash on him was very upset so as we checked our order we noticed some food missing so we called and had to pay for additional food so when the same driver returns I answerd the door and asked for a tip again and I told him the tip of the day js not to mess up an order he said to me F!!! You as he was leaving my door. I was so upset and I took the entire food back to the store and spoke to the manager who informed me the driver does 'nt speak any English and I responed that's funny he defninety knows how to curse. I wi'll never buy food from there again...
