Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Germantown

This Hallmark store is awesome. I was on the way to my brother's birthday and needed a last minute gift wrapping - rushing pretty good. I'm not skilled at gift wrapping. I had my gift and walked into hallmark and said, "Hello, do you guys wrap gifts?" The cashiers looked at each other - the answer was clearly no. They said they need to ask the Manager - Judy. Judy said sure we can help! What a surprise! She helped pick out the wrapping paper and a matching bow and man it was one of the best looking gifts. They had a great selection of wrapping paper and bows and a ton of other jolly stuff. Judy wrapped the gift and I "helped" - and it looked like a couple of elves from the north pole put it together! I was so happy - what great service and great people at this Hallmark store. I walked into the party with the gift (it was a hoverboard) and everybody loved the wrapping. Thank you so much Judy. The store is as always very good but today it did not have what my beautiful wife and I were looking for. You would think that Hallmark would have something in reference to a Swan but it did not. We looked everywhere and we asked for assistance. Those that work there looked high and low but could not find anything pertaining to a Swan. Don't get me wrong; the store is phenomenal with its array of fabulous gifts as well as beautiful cards. Today just happened to be the day it did not have what we were looking for. Nonetheless I would highly recommend Hall mark...

Spacious store with a lot of variety as one would come to expect from a Hallmark Creations store.

Friendly staff which greets you upon entry. Checks in with you to ensure you are finding everything and is super efficient and friendly at check out.

Lots of the normal items you would expect. Cards, wrapping paper, bags, etc. I also like the unique items that are there like the home decor, ornaments and character (i.e. Peanuts, Star Wars) Collections.

Overall, a clean store, well organized and lots of varieties...
