White House Black Market — Local services in Germantown

I recently went to one of my top 10 go to stores White House Black Market in the Shops at Saddle Creek. I absolutely love thus store unfortunately the customer service has taken a nose dive. This is to the management at this specific location- please inform/educate your personnel on customer service better yet do not judge a customer by their race (black). I have been shopping with black house white market for over a decade. Noticeably, a female white customer comes in she is greeted promptly asked several times if she needed anything and received a warm exit greeting when she was leaving. I was barely greeted only asked one time if I needed assistance after I have been in tge store to long according to your personnel standards.i wasn't ofmmgiven a exit greeting so I went online and made my purchases Please educate...

As a future (black) nurse to be I having taking care a people in multiple settings and of all races and treated them fairly. This store has one lady in particular Caucasian blonde, mid-50s or later who radiates who she voted for by her actions and words. Walked into the store looking for a white dress for my engagement party and she basically stopped me from going more than 10 feet in the store said they didn’t have any, and then proceeded to walk me out like I was a 5-year-old that just got caught in the candy jar. WHBM isn't my store of choice and it won't be in the future. I should have read the reviews before going in there. But I was only there because I had a gift card. I wasn't greeted when I came into the store. After taking 5 minutes to find the earrings that I wanted, I went to the register to check. After SEVERAL long minutes of waiting, I had to ask the lady behind the counter if she was waiting on someone else to ring me up. "Oh, I thought you were still shopping. " seriously? At the counter? Keep it up. Y'all won't be in business...
