Crumbl — Restaurant in Germantown

So I placed an order on Door Dash for a 4 pack cookie and I didn't recieve the full order and I was told that the only way to rectify a mistake that the business made was for me to drive out there to get the cookie that was not placed in the box. As the customer it IS NOT on me to fix or rectify a mistake I didn't make I am the customer who paid for something specifically and got something else. I explained that I would not be able to make it out there to get the missing item replaced and nor did I feel like it should have been on me to fix a mistake that I didn't make. I didn't know that was how customer service worked? And the "manager" i spoke too I guess was being smart saying the only other way would be for her to drive it out to me and I explained that I wasn't asking her to personally do that but also explaining that I didn't not fulfill the order yall did so making the mistake and making the customer fix it is an interesting practice, what i got looks...

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When I walked in, not a single person greeted me or explained how to use the ordering screen. I honestly thought maybe this was a self-serve location because no one said a word. Moments later, a white couple came in and immediately received a warm greeting and step-by-step instructions.

The difference in treatment was obvious and unacceptable. When I pointed it out, the girl with glasses made up an excuse instead of simply offering assistance. At no point did anyone ask if I needed help. My 5-year-old son was so excited for these cookies, but the service ruined the experience, and I regret ever bringing him here.

Avoid delivery from here. Apparently they only use DoorDash or another service and they say they have no control or communication with the drivers. The drivers will leave the box of cookies on your front porch and don't even bother to ring the doorbell so that you know it's there. This is critical when someone else orders it for you as a gift such as for a birthday. The boxes are not sealed so bugs can get in and some of the products such as the strawberry shortcake have the whipped cream, all disintegrate when it's left out there sitting for an hour or more since you don't even know it's there.
