I went to the Pandora at Saddle Creek to exchange my bracelet for a bigger size. I originally ordered online and saw that this store had it in stock. They told me they couldn't exchange my bracelet because I paid with after pay. Now I did know some stores couldn't do exchanges with after pay paying customers so I didn't think anything of it. I just said I'd return the bracelet and have to reorder it online. Before I did that though, I called the Wolfchase location and talked to Zee who was very helpful. She said that the Saddle Creek store and her store do have the capability to make exchanges if the customer paid with after pay and to come in to make the exchange. Wolfchase is about 30-40 minutes from my home whereas the Saddle Creek shop is around 15 minutes away so I was a bit annoyed to have to drive further to get something the first store could've done. Pandora line at the wolfchase was long but it went by fast and I was able to exchange my bracelet. Also if someone from saddle Creek reads this, why don't you all answer the phone? Since, I’ve been a customer of Pandora for many years, I told him that they would take care of it. He tried to exchange it for a slightly bigger size. He was told that he couldn’t since it was over thirty days. I’ve never had that problem before!! The Germantown location wasn’t helpful, telling him he had to pay full price for another one.
