If I could give this Chipotle a zero out of five stars I would, I work nearby and I constantly go in here for my lunch break between 9:00 and 10:30 and they're always out of stuff and refuse to make any more. Twice now I've gone in and it's been between 9:30 and 10:00 and they refuse to shred any more cheese. Like how can you refuse to shred more cheese even if it's just enough for one customer, that's what goes with anything you get there. Tonight I just went in got there at 9:40 they're already cleaning the grill and said they refuse and will not make any more steak for the night (yes they were out). It's been a few times where they have not had plain white rice, but that's understandable towards the end of the night. What's very frustrating is them refusing to make more steak or shredded cheese just because it's 9:30- 10:00 and they close at 11:00. Other locations do not do this, I know that because I have a few friends that work at Chipotle and their rule is no matter what they make sure they have or make anything that the customer wants until closing. It's very frustrating that I waste my time going over here to get food and not able to get it so then I miss out on my lunch for work. This is all because they want to start cleaning up and be ready to leave just shortly after closing. I've been told by the staff there that this is the manager's decision. With all the time and effort I have wasted going in here trying to get food and unable to get it I feel like I should be reimbursed. I'm at the point where the next time or two I go in there if this happens again I'm done going to this location. I can't keep wasting time and gas money for this location. If you're going to start cleaning early so your workers can leave shortly after closing, make sure you have enough of everything before you start cleaning the grill and cleaning whatever you use to shred the cheese. Read moreHonestly I don’t even want to give you guys a star after receiving my order. Chipotle has always been my favorite Mexican food, and often a late night go-to for me. But after this I will no longer be ordering from this location. First off we ordered a burrito a bowl and 2 Mexican cokes and our total came out $47.49 which is pretty expensive but I’ll didn’t really care because of how much I usually love chipotle. Second my burrito was pretty much slapped together brown rice and chicken in the top half, then brown rice and barely any sour cream in the bottom half. Mind you I ordered extra sour cream which I did not get and there was no cheese either which I did order. I don’t know about you but usually my burrito comes even through out being there’s only 4 ingredients inside the tortilla. Then on to my girlfriends bowl. Not only was it thrown into the bag sideways but the entire bowl was “gross” according to her. The beans and rice were both hard and just not enjoyable at all. Then to top it off we did not receive our 2 Mexican bottles of coke or any napkins or utensils. I understand ordering at 9:20pm isn’t convenient to the employees that want to get home and get on with their Friday night but you guys don’t close until 10pm that’s when you guys are no longer required to make an edible product. Honestly the least you guys can do is take some pride in your work and the food you are putting out there for people to eat. Don’t just slap anything together because you want to go home. Read moreI have had alot of issues with my orders lately usually the food isnt made correctly and then when you come to talk to a manager they make up excuses for their staff why they messed the food up never offer any real solutions. Today i got my food had to wait almost 20 minutes after the pick up time didnt tell me why there was a wait time. So I asked a customer about the wait he said they were out of chicken ... I ask an employee about the wait time she said the same thing ...when I said my order didnt have chicken in it. She came back and they are bagging your order now , 5 mins later it came out.. I got home noticed a note on my bag saying they were out of corn. Then I went to eat my food and it was disaster half of my order wasnt even there...this is the 7th time in the last 5 months I've had to come back because they messed an order up .
The managers there have no clue how to understand why a customer would be annoyed or want a refund. All they do is make excuses up for their workers.
Update this is the 10th time I've had to return my food to them cause I keep finding meat in my meal even though theres notes stating no meat or I'm vegan allergy... the manager said theres no way they can prevent meat getting into the meals even when you let them know you have a allergy.
