I usually split my ordering between this location and another one and more often than not this one is super busy in comparison. If I could give these Baristas 10 stars I would. They're always on top of the mobile ordering and if you do end up having to wait a minute, they are always apologetic. I've never felt like an inconvenience to them here like I've experienced at other locations. The vibe here is something to take note of as well. While there are usually a ton of people waiting for their mobile orders and that area is usually a little chaotic, the order in tables are uite the opposite. It's kind of like night and day really. That might be attributed to the staff and or layout of the store OR it could be the type of people who frequent this spot. Another thing I've noticed on multiple occasions is how personable the baristas are with their customers. Everytime I'm in there I observe at least one ,if not more of them address the customers by name, which is always nice. Other than the fantastic employees, the condition of the store is always good. It's pretty clean and everything is always stocked, including the merchandise. My orders are always correct and my questions are always answered. Read moreI always love going to this Starbucks because everyone is usually so nice and welcoming and the store is always super clean. However, when the manager, Shayla, is there, that is not the case. She seems to hate her job and is not nice to her employees or customers. On more than a few occasions, no welcoming smile, no “hello”, no interactions with anyone unless absolutely necessary, and even then, she seems miserable. There was a misunderstanding about my order today and I asked for new drinks. After loudly announcing to her employees “now I can’t help you”, she made them for me. You would have thought I asked for $100 compensation package. She slid the new drinks on the counter without one word letting me know they were finished. Read moreI normally wouldn’t go back on a drink that wasn’t correct especially if it was a case where I have driven off to a farther location. But today, i was at work, right around the corner and had a little extra time… and this store does not ever make mistakes 9.5/10 times. Especially never my drink. So this rare occasion was 1 in a million. Whether it was a mix up on drinks or perhaps some crossover of flavor somehow, it was not a big deal. They have always taken care of their patrons and always greet everyone with a welcome in or a good morning!! And today was no different. I hate coming back to have a drink fixed but they were very ready to do so. I appreciate them so much! Cuz now I’m drinking a delicious, perfectly made decaf brown sugar oat milk latte instead of what I think may have been tea… which while tasty… was not my decaf brown sugar oat milk latte that they so perfectly make 🤤🤤🤤🤤.
