Worst workers ive ever met. Grumpy, uncaring, non helpful- well except for the skinny dark haired truck unloading manager- but the other two heavy set people- wow! My mother purchased something ahead of me and tried to engage in conversation with the girl and rude angry and hurtful is all i can say. I watched my happy cheerful chatty mom be shunned and shoved out the door. I was next and asked, are you having a good day? I was met with why the hell are you asking that? I said because you seem sad. I wanted to say more! She retorted im fine. I said where’s your happy smile? To which she said im never happy. There was no one in line except me. So i pushed further and said well you should always be kind to others and she said she is who she is. Now ive gone to this Michaels before many many times. And encountered her and another taller woman who also is super grumpy. Knowing this unhappy vibe i avoid this Michaels as much as possible. But watching my happy mom get harrased with unkindness is simply bologna. My mom had to go back the next day to return and was met with the other grumpy heavy woman and she disdainfully made rude comments to my mom. My mom said she is calling the manager today. And i said sadly i think that was the manager. These people have been here about a year since I’ve been going regularly. Always mean and unhelpful and grumpy. This Michaels is always empty when i go. The vibe is awful. Im thinking you need happiness training at this location. As for me im going to the happy positive Michaels by the 101. Its always busy and the people always...

Terrible...I can't believe this place it's such an amazing store. You may know me as Gertrude Cowbell's sister. (a.k.a Joanne Cowbell) One of the workers here has set fire to my sisters home. The Scottish decorations will never be the same again. (They were family heirlooms) My Christian sister just wanted eat Wendy's in one piece. She was eating a whopper during this act of sin. One of your other workers other than Jodi was smelling my clothes last time I went to Michael's. They were harassing me in the way of smell and I had to go home. Marcus was the worker smelling me and acting very viciously. When I went home I ate my cereal box of God Is Good cereal and took a shower in my monthly holy water. I wanted to get the Marcus mucus off of me. People call me a narcissist, but I feel hurt. I am not the narcissist. They are the narcissists. Those people are very narcissistic. They should bow down to me. They want to be me. Marcus is a narcissist. I can not put up the behavior of these...youngards. They should learn to be more nice to their elders. Had the worst experience tonight, November 26th between 7 PM at 7:30 PM went in looking for some construction paper went down aisle 94 notice 2 baskets down the aisle. So I moved one a little bit out of the way so we can look. Furthermore, at what we were wanting to get. When an associate comes bursting through pretty upset because the basket was moved. Grabs, the basket turns as soon as if she's gonna go around rhan decides to double back and runs over my foot with the basket and between my husband my sister and another basket disregarded us totally , I did say we're on your way she didn't even look band then the worst part when we were checking out she checked us outhat's the right to struggle..not sure what I should do about that!
