Glendale Marketplace — Local services in Glendale

Used to be a bustling spot with a Tower Records, AMC movie theater and plenty of food shops. Now days with tower records gone and the movie theater closed it took a dive in terms of pedestrian traffic. There is a LA Fitness opened up where the movie theater used to be, pretty great gym all new equipment. Unfortunately I've seen so many shops open and close around here, some aspects are run down maybe management doesn't want to spend the money, their escalators and elevators have been under repair for over 6 months, maybe over a year. The security of this place is definitely not doing their job anymore. This is why i will not eat or shop here. Transient just laying on the floor smoking weed, not a kid friendly place.

Other than Vegas Buffet and L&L BBQ which are both GREAT, there is really not much to do here. I don't get a good vibe from this place especially considering that they got rid of the frogs and the video game store. Security is also a joke! Management at this place is retarded too because as the years have passed this place has aged poorly. You get really weird 90's vibes from the architecture.
