Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Glendale

I love old Navy. But this store was not organized! I had items that I needed to return. They had a little area that was for returns and a pickup online area. I stood there for 10 minutes. Nobody helped me. So I went and got in the regular line as if you were going to buy something. Finally got up to the register told her I needed to return these items. She told me I needed to go over to the other little booth. I told her I've already been there for 10 minutes and nobody came to help me so I need you to help me. She was very rude about it but she did help me, and then I asked her if she had any of these two items and she said if they did they'd be on the floor and she didn't have time to go help me look for them. And I said to her that's pretty rude cuz I've been here for 30 minutes waiting just like everybody else but she helped the customer in front of me to go find something for them. And she goes well there's a long line and I can't leave my post to go help you and again I told her well there was a long line when you have the people in front of me. So long story short she ended up not helping me I found the items myself had to get back in line to buy them and of course when I get back in line she's the person that I had to go to when I bought them. I told the person behind me that they could go ahead because I didn't want her helping me so they went ahead of me the next lady said next and I went to her told her what happened she was the manager and she told me that she would take care of it. The bench in the dressing room is for sitting and waiting for people. It's covered in clothes, bins, and blocked with a rack. I moved over a small section to make space to sit. My partner needed a different size of pants so I got up to get them and when I got back the employees sat a single pair of folded pants so I wouldn't sit back in the spot I made. Not to mention them all being rude when I asked where things were, they didn't seem to want to actually show me and they would just point and say "over there". ...

This store was well stocked. It was easy to find sizes I was looking for. The dressing room was the only downside because there is a woman blocking the entrance but she doesn't direct you to which rooms are empty. I stood there by the door waiting and no acknowledgement no help, nothing. Turned on loud voice to get her to move out of the way so I could go into an open room.
