The associate that helped me (J.B) was such a welcoming presence during my time there on 29/03/25. She saw me wide eyed on entry (as a Brit 🇬🇧 who does not have physical stores that have fashionable plus size options) she was friendly and after I’d gathered many different things to try she set up a changing room for me and took the items into their ready for me. Even checking out she was wearing a top that I’d spotted online and had forgotten to pick up, she went and found it in my size for me. I’ve been here multiple multiple times and they never open on time and are rude about it. Here again today 10:02 and can’t get in. They are helpful once u get in and I haven’t had any problems with returns. The 3 stars is due to them not opening on time the last 3 times I’ve been in. I come in as soon as they open at ten since I work in downtown by noon. The clearance section is almost better than the reg priced stuff. 60% off clearance too. I got 2 sports bras for like $25 and a tank for 11. So wayyy better prices with clearance so...

As soon as I walked in (before looking at anything) I was directed to the counter to check my email for Hot Cash and then I went to the back to check out the clearance and I literally couldn't look myself. An employee wanted to help me go through the bras one by one looking for my size but I didn't even know what bra I wanted yet, she also told me I could order anything three times to make sure I knew lol I left after that because I just felt so pressured from not being able to shop and look...
