Yesterday I went to this store to buy a molly 400%, I showed them the picture that I want to buy this molly pink white 400%, I don't know the name because my phone has no network when they took it and sold it to me, I asked again if it is the same as the picture on the molly pink white 400% phone that I gave, they said it is the same and I paid, I was scared and I asked again are you sure. and before leaving i asked the staff again if the product is not the same as the picture i showed, i came back will you change it for me, i just want the 400% white pink molly like in the picture, she said if the product is not the same as the picture i will change it for you and i said goodbye to her and left, when i got home i opened the product and found it was completely different from what i expected, today i came back after 30 minutes drive, they said they are not responsible and they turned their face to me with the attitude that they will not change the product, i paid 347.18 dollars, that made me very disappointed, i am disappointed not because of the money i paid but i am disappointed with their attitude. if people come to this store to buy something should consider carefully, consider carefully the product you want to buy, they will not be responsible anymore, i feel very bad and very disappointed with...
Read moreI do a lot of BOPIS and sometimes the way they do things changes around a lot. They first started with making a line to the side of the register. When you ask an associate a question they seem annoyed and irritated. I went today 6/7/25 about 10 am and asked the associate if I had to make line if I had a pick up he answered with a stern “yup” and rolled his eyes. That’s an automatic bad customer experience for me. Going inside the store they do not guide you or there are no signs to guide you where to line up for pick up. I waited in line and the associate at the register said “code” i had to tell her hi good morning how are you doing today because they forget customer centricity and overall made a bad customer experience for me today. The product came defective since it was two hours away i couldn’t take the drive atm when I spoke to someone at the San Diego location, they said to exchange it at my nearest PopMart with the product availability .when I called the Glendale location.
