Been calling the store for 2 days already and get stuck on a 2 hour call with no one to answer, plus how come I can’t return my stuff that I bought online in store?, I basically got it from there with all the tags in place plus I have the receipts. Talking about “you have to mail that to us” like how long is it gonna take for them to receive it. I was looking at some of the reviews that they got some of the same issue like if the packages get lost it our fault? And you can’t do nothing about it?! The people working here are just hands down awesome. Asked the manager John some questions about alterations, deals, and recommendations about particular styles/fits and he was very patient and open with me. And it wasn't just him- the other employees were kind as well and always seemed to be keen on helping me and I found that the vibe at this store was just nice. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and I found it easy to approach any staff. Just a tip for those that don't know- alterations for pants are possible as long as they are 2 inches or more. The shelves in this store are so narrow that one person can only pass by, and when there are two people, you have to keep apologizing or excusing as you pass by. So, shopping was very inconvenient, but I picked out a lot of clothes for the first time in a long time and tried to pay, but the clerk at the checkout counter told me that I could only use self-checkout to use the card without any other options, so I had to pay by myself. It was a moment when I regretted buying a lot of clothes that day. Most people use cards, so while I was struggling to pay by myself, the self-checkout line became very long and crowded.
