The first time I went to use the service here, I was very impressed. I bought a $49 coupon and was able to use the $79 service, which is classic mink eyelash extension. The first time I used the service, the eyelash extension artist asked what kind of eyelash extension I was interested in. I replied 2D real mink at a price of $99. So I showed the shop the coupon. The shop said that I could use the $79 coupon, just an additional $20. This short-haired eyelash extension artist is very talented. After going home, I felt as comfortable as real eyelashes and they lasted for 45 days. She impressed me both during my eyelash extensions and after I got home, making me think that I had to go back there again.

This was my second time, I bought the coupon and used the service again. I made a reservation through Google as usual, but this time I chose an eyelash extension artist because the reviews gave me 5 stars. When I arrived at the shop, the short hair Eyelash extension artist who did the extension the first time came to greet me and ask for details.I'm glad to meet her because I hope she know the details of the coupon I used for the first time with her.So I said I wanted Y real mink wispy. She said $109. After choosing the length and specifying , the short hair Eyelash extension artist told the long hair Eyelash extension artist about the details what i want. This time, I got the long hair Eyelash extension artist. Before doing the eyelashes extension But I'm already on the bed with eyelash extensions. I showed the coupon it to her and said it was okay,I can use the coupon and I had to pay an additional $60. While I was in bed, the short hair stylist came over and said that I didn't need to buy the coupon again next time. So I tried to calculate, bought a coupon for $49 , used for $79 , this time used the service for $109 but the Eyelash extension artist said i have to pay $60 made me think that if so, why would I buy a coupon? I tried to think positively without arguing, but this time while doing the eyelash extension, my eyes hurt a lot because the white sheet under my eyes poked into my eyes. I tried to endure until it was done. After the extension, I felt pain and tightness around my eyelid. I found that there was a small lump of glue and I felt that the Eyelash extension artist was doing it too close to my eyelid, causing pain and redness. The lashes look so terrible. Uneven and the total opposite of what I asked for. And they will charge you for the priciest lashes/service but sneakily put the cheap ones on, it will not at all be what you asked for. They dont listen to what you want and will do what is fastest and easiest for them to get the next customer as quickly as possible like an assembly line. I would litterally go anywhere else but here. Save yourselves the money and the weeks lost looking terrible.

Update to comment on the business’s response to my review. Not only do they do a terrible job but then they will try to slander and silence you by accusing you of being a liar when you actually speak the truth! That is what is actually bad. I did come in (bc she would not pick up the phone for days so that I could make an appointment). I wanted my lashes fixed bc I cannot walk around with one side with full lashes and the other side totally different and obvious. It is embarrassing and I have had to go to events looking this way. When I walked in she told me they don’t have time for me for several days (except one time late in the evening when I had a performance). I had paid full price and was willing to pay full price again so my lashes could at least match. If they had done a decent job the first time I would not have had to deal with this now. Do a good job so that you don’t have to gaslight and accuse your paying customers of lying when they finally speak up to let others know about...
