Lane Bryant — Local services in Glendale

I was back at this store today with my 88 yr old mom. We don't get out often because of health issues. We only came out here to pick up an order that was a replacement for the one stolen when mailed to my home. They could not have been nicer when I asked for assistance with an exchange on a previous purchase!! Martha, at the Glendale Store is Gold!! Her Customer Service skills are way above Excellent!! I had a pretty difficult exchange. She knew what to do and handled it herself. #lanebryant she needs to be promoted!! I believe the other CSR who helped us was Angie. Both of them went above and beyond. Thank you #lanebryant for employing such smart, caring and kind people. The store was very clean and there's plenty of parking available right outside. If there's something you need and they don't have it at their store, they are more than happy to help you order it right...

Amazing customer service!!! THE best! I went yesterday to pickup some things that I order online (because the COVID-19 I found myself order online which I don't like to do it since I like to try the clothes that I'm buying). I arrived this branch, Carmen helped me to received my package and even offer me to try it on just to check that I order the right things... Good that she offer that since I order totally something different than what I'm using usually. She immediately helped me to fix the problem and I ended leaving their store with a big smile and very satisfied!!! Maria, the store manager also got to the picture and helped a lot!!

Update 3 years later. What a difference, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and helpful, I was able to use the restroom with no problems. Great experience.

Drove 40 minutes to shop here, and of course, I needed to use the restroom. I was told that there was not a public restroom and that they would hold my clothes while I go down the street somewhere to use the restroom and come back and shop.
