I ordered a dress from a different store that never made it to me on time even though I paid for express shipping and 1 day processing fee. I was feeling so stressed because I needed a new dress in just two days for my maternity photoshoot. I decided to call Anyuta couture last minute to try my luck. The person who picked up the phone her name was Mariam. She was kind and attentive. She listened to my issue and immediately suggested to order a dress at express shipping. She assured me that I would receive the dress by tomorrow with my measurements. At first I thought it was too good to be true. But because I didn’t have a choice, I decided to listen to her. She immediately helped me pick the color I was looking for. She was so engaged in my problem and could sense how badly I needed to get a dress last minute. I received the dress the next day within 24 hours in my size. The store is in California but I’m in New York and I was so surprised the dress made it all the way to NYC within 24 hours. I was so impressed with the customer service Mariam provided. Now I am relieved and can have something nice to wear for my photoshoot tomorrow. I cannot thank Mariam enough. She was outstanding. I asked for the gray maternity gown. I specifically Emailed him and asked him if I can get it in lavender. Do your response to me was yes just put it in the comments I got the dress and the lining is lavender. The exterior is white. I’ve emailed them multiple times. I’ve tried messaging them It takes About a week or so for them to respond and then they have the nerve to tell me that I ordered the lining and lavender, which is not true. Why would I order dress and lavender and just request for the lining to be in lavender? That makes no sense. Customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend him for anything. You’re better off spending the extra money and going to KH maternity or mii estilo maternity. Where you get better quality and great customer service. I have reported them to a Better Business Bureau and I’m currently working on trying to get this matter resolved. I don’t think it’s fair that I requested lavender dress and noted it on the order as directed only to get address that the lining is lavender and then they’re blaming me the worst customer...

Don’t shop anywhere else! In my experience, this has been one of the most pleasant dress shopping experiences ever and I have shopped for many! From start to finish they took amazing care of me and were so easy to get a hold of. I couldn’t recommend them more. I needed to exchange a dress and because they made the process so easy and smooth, I decided to purchase another! I do not regret it at all. The sizing is very true to size and extremely stretchy and comfortable material. I bought my baby shower dress 3 months early and it fit perfect. My only ask is that they have options to see the colors better. My suggestion would be have an instagram highlight for each color on different dresses or even on the website. It was hard to select a color based on just the color palette provided since I know colors can look completely different on different materials. I would also suggest in your Instagram captions to put the color in the dress name so that we have an easier shopping experience. Other than that I would 10 out...
