Zumiez — Local services in Glendale

The store manager here is very disrespectful. I attempted to return a jacket that I did not wear due to the season and she accused me of wearing the jacket because it smelled like "house" and saying that it wasn't in any condition for return. The funny thing about it is, the jacket was in perfect condition and tag still intact. She refused to return me my payments and she also insulted me. The day I purchased the jacket she was very rude also so I shouldn't have expected much. ah this is my favorite store, great people, great prices great atmosphere. i am more than impressed with the way i was treated and the smoke free environment! the kid with long hair and a grey vans hat helped me get a shoe i wanted and he went above and beyond to help me get what i needed....
