I needed a bolt and nut to secure my ancient bike rack to my car after the original bolt rusted and deteriorated beyond repair. The young man who helped me was very helpful, very patient, and understood that I needed to be sure my bike rack wouldn't fall off and be unsafe on the road. I work in transportation for the state and I know that if my bike rack fell off it could be dangerous or possibly fatal for someone following me.
I wish that I had asked his name and hope he will recognize himself in this review and the owner will ask around. My receipt says 3:28 p.m. today 6/13/23.

I had 5 very positive customer service experiences today. When the friendly checker at Target later said "Have a great day " my response was "I'm already having one!" Thank you Big John's, REI bike mechanics, Amy's nail salon, Marshall's, and the public library. Five great customer service experiences in one day. Wait... I also had a positive phone conversation with my health insurance Rx folks, so rare. Loving it!

   Read morePoor communication from this location. I left a screen to be repaired and it took me longer than I thought to pick it up. They called me to remind me the screen was ready maybe 3 weeks before I went to pick it up, and that was all that was stated on the call, just a reminder. I go to pick it up and find out they threw it away without ever giving a verbal heads up that they were going to throw it away, even on the call. They will not replace the screen or allow me to pay the repair price for a replacement. Have to pay almost double the price for a new one. Staff was friendly and professional, I just feel they could have communicated that they were going to discard my window screen a lot better.
