Would give 0 stars, but not allowable. Bought an Easton Ghost bat less than 90 days ago for my 9 yo daughter in Greenville (4/30/2021). I had receipt in-hand with a cracked bat, and "manager" refused to replace--despite pre-authorization from Greenville store prior to wasting 3 hours of my life to drive to Goldsboro (out of stock in Greenville). "Manager" literally handed me the bat until he realized it was for exchange, at which point he told me "the only way you're going to take this bat home is if you buy it today"...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I went back to Greenville store which corrected issue and will replace bat accordingly. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Whomever the "managment" on for 6/27/21 at approximately 14:30 should be fired and never allowed to work again. The manager in Greenville was more than accommodating, and apologized far more than he should have...

I wanted two kayaks in different colors. I read several reviews on the internet which said that they went to a store and the inventory didn't match what was shown online. My husband went to the Goldsboro store and they only had blue ones. One of the salesman said there were multiple colors in Greenville. I told my husband that they were known to have inventory problems online, so he had the salesman call the store to verify that they had multiple colors in stock, and they assured him that they did. However, when my husband got to Greenville, they didn't have ANY AT ALL. There was a similar problem in Garner. How in the world can a store know if they are being ripped off when they don't even know what they have. I would NEVER buy stock in...

The store has a wide selection of products. The prices are competitive with other sporting goods stores in the area, and clearance racks actually have some pretty good markdowns too. The staff are friendly, but I gave this location 4 stars out of 5 because at least three staff members walked by me and my son and no one ever asked me if we needed anything or if they could help us. We were in the shoe aisle and I needed some information. Fortunately, I'm internet savvy and found the information online and made my selection without their help. The fitting rooms and bathroom are clean and the store has a very comfortable vibe to it. I will shop...
