7 Leaves Cafe — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

First and last time I will come to this place. Brought my crew here to check it out. There was a previous reviewer who said their drink was filled with ice and was empty after 3 sips. I attest this is true. The most expensive flavored ice I’ve ever bought that they labeled as “milk tea”. I asked them for a refill to see their response since the cup was nothing but ice, and of course they said no. I bought another drink but requested no ice. They agreed but only fill the drink half way!!! They said they would charge more if it was filled fully. This place is a joke and is an embarrassment.

Save your money and go to other tea shops in the area, like Bambu or inside Hong Kong market. Looks like the practice of this place hasn’t change despite bad reviews. Hopefully they didn’t spit...

Dishonesty is one thing I can't stand, been coming at least once a month since they open through the drive thru, this time I decided to walk in, I order 5 milk teas as usual and while I was waiting for them I notice they have an special, you buy 3 and get the 4th one free, so I asked if I can get that special, they told me the order was processed and there was nothing they can do, everywhere you go any special they have they apply it to your purchase if you qualify, well not here, they are trained to be greedy I guess, I insisted and they just kept telling there was nothing they can do... well it might not be much, but they won't be seen my $32 every time I come in... If they can't do nothing, I can... I CAN stop coming to this greedy place... it happened...

I recently visited 7 Leaves and was extremely disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, there was no acknowledgment, no “welcome in” or even a simple smile. It felt like the staff didn’t care about their customers at all.

When I placed my order, I specifically asked for light ice, but it seemed like they ignored my request entirely. My drinks were packed with ice, which made me question if they even listened. To make matters worse, when I got my drinks, there was no “thank you” or any sense of customer service.

The lack of attentiveness and care made the whole experience feel unwelcoming. If I’m spending my money here, I expect at least basic courtesy and for my order to be made correctly. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back...
