I purchased the metal Holbrook sunglasses exactly a year ago after being told that they were under a 2 year manufacture warranty. Recently the metal piece that is welded together came apart. I called the store and they told me I could take it to any Oakley store and they would replace them. After visiting 2 different stores, which told me they don’t honor warranty claims, I drove 1:10 minuets to bring them back to where I purchased them. Employee S160JPAT looked at my glasses and began processing the claim. He told me that I would have to pay an additional 100$ to get my sunglasses replaced, so I asked him are they not covered under the warranty? He said yes they are, but he didn’t have the parts to fix them and they can’t just give me a bran new pair. If I’m going to spend the money on sunglasses you can bet that I am not going to spend it on crappy glasses that are going to break for no reason!!!! The guy that helped me (Christopher) is seriously an ASSET to your company, I had several questions and the first guy that tried to help me probably hasn't been there long, he turned and asked Christopher and it was IMMEDIATELY clear that he was Very knowledgeable about the brand (Past, Present and Future!) I came in with a pair of Holbrook glasses needing lenses and a old pair of Radar glasses needing lenses as well. Turns out the Radar's we're 4+ years old but that didn't phase Christopher, he knew where THE LAST REPLACEMENT SET of lenses were! In a store FULL of Lenses! And he found the rubber nose piece for me as well as lenses for my Holbrook glasses! The guy knew the store better than I know my sock drawer! Lol Christopher got my glasses fixed up and polished and got me checked out and on my way in less than 15 minutes, I hope to deal with him again...
