Lacoste — Local services in Grand Prairie

La Coste, with its deep roots in tennis tradition, has expanded its offerings in recent years under new ownership. It seems they're trying to capitalize on their heritage, offering everything from hoodies and sneakers to baggage. However, the logos have been substantially enlarged, which, in our opinion, makes the offerings far less appealing.

On the positive side, the store also provides more traditional wear at tempting prices. This allows customers to still purchase the classic La Coste style at a reasonable cost.

However, as other reviewers have noted, returns are prohibited and can only be exchanged for store credit, which is an unfortunate and restrictive policy. This lack of flexibility could be a deterrent for some shoppers.

Additionally, we found that the music in the store was often too loud, detracting from the overall shopping experience. A more subdued soundtrack would likely be more conducive to a relaxed browsing environment.

Overall, La Coste offers a mix of classic and contemporary styles, but the oversized logos and restrictive return policy are significant drawbacks. The loud music also detracts from the shopping experience.

Please avoid this store! If you really want to spend your hard earn money with them, be extra cautious because they purposely sell DAMAGED PRODUCTS TO SCAM their customers. I could care less about the money. but the way they are doing business is wrong.

We bought a sweater at a discount rate for $40 and realized there is a hole. we went back to store asking for an exchange. The store manager said they can't do anything unless we could provide a receipt. I showed her my credit card transaction with store location, time and date. The manager said again they need receipt to exchange. Next day we bought in receipt, they refused to exchange because the damaged sweater was bought at a discount rate.

Their product had quality issues which they all know. They secretly put damaged products in sales rack. There is no where in the store with any signs indicating discounted products were final sale. Even at check out, no one ever mentioned. At bottom of the printed receipt, a line of tiny words said "any products pricing end with 0.96 or 0.97 are final sale" Buying stuff from this store not only required you have a good vision but also good at math!

My daughter and I went in to the store on Saturday, the day before Father's Day. We were looking for my husband's gift, after being unsuccessful in several stores. Lizette greeted us at the door and was very friendly. Madeline saw us looking at items and offered to assist us if we needed her to check sizes. She and Lizette checked several sizes for us and we were able to get what we needed. When we were leaving the store, I saw some shorts I thought might work better and had to return the merchandise I purchased. Sidney assisted us and was very accommodating, offering to assist with checking sizes and finding everything we needed to make the outfit complete. It was closing time and they were as friendly and helpful as if their day was just beginning. Thanks to these three ladies my husband had an AMAZING...
