​If I could give zero stars, I would. I would also like to state that this had absolutely nothing to do with the people who work at the local Grangeville branch, they are always amazing. This review is specifically about the new accounts manager.

For over two decades, we have been a loyal customer of Builders, with a long history of on-time payments and a positive business relationship. However, our longstanding partnership has come to an end due to the deplorable business practices of the new management. ​The new accounts manager has been nothing short of unprofessional and has single-handedly dismantled our trust. Despite our history of responsible credit use, which included extensions on large purchases, the new management has proven to be a stark departure from the previous standard. In a recent interaction, when confronted with the decline in their business practices, the accounts manager responded with unprofessional laughter. This disrespectful behavior is utterly unacceptable and makes it clear that they do not value their long-term customers. ​It is disheartening to see a company with such a strong foundation crumble under such incompetent leadership. This is a severe failure of management, and as a result, we will be taking our significant future...

I would like to thank Rob Tipton for the help he gave me on 2/4/22. He was very courteous and patient while I was trying to figure out the best way to upgrade some lighting in a home I was working on. And I want to thank him for his honesty while processing a credit for a returned product. I will definitely be dealing with this...
