Starbucks to the manager and the supervisor I don't know why I get treated very bad with your employees although I am addicted to Starbucks Coffee I just love it the coffee some of the employees are so rude this morning I go to the Starbucks in Grand Pass in one of the employees her name is Cassidy I asked for the cream on the side as well as the sugar on the side and I was very polite I said please so when she give me my coffee it wasn't filled up all the way so I asked her please can you top it off then she told me with a rude attitude next time just tell me you don't need no cream I told her man I need just a little bit of cream and you don't need to be rude to me like that then she said no I'm not she is rude rude rude she made me mad as early at at 7 in the morning so here I am putting another bed comment about Starbucks employees I don't know why some of them are so rude maybe they're not getting paid enough or we're not making love tips not with this attitude anyway I hope one day I quit drinking Starbucks coffee because I am so sick of their employees customer service it's very bad in my problem I love...

The staff certainly was welcomingly outstanding in both stops. Having been to about 40 different Starbucksā, this is hands down the best postCovid Starbucks and 2nd best overall [that El Cajon, California experience of dazzling fun with Covid procedures just amazing beyond belief.] On this trip stopping here early after leaving our Ashland hotel was certainly the right decision. We easily knew to stop here on our way home after leaving Eugene early, and we had a great repeat experience. They tried to make me a drink with different ingredients then charge me more.... if you donāt have a drink just tell the customer. I asked if they could just give it to me for the cost of the normal drink and I was told no, but never told they were out so it would be more, they actually lied when I asked if it was the same price they said yes. When I went to pay I told the math is saying itās costing more? If thatās the case and youāre out Iād just order a different drink... I asked not to have it since it was so much more $$ . I said I wonder if thatās Starbucks policy? The lady said a few snarky comments then told me I should call corporate. If this were my shop I would have offered to make the guest a different drink or given her the already made drink at the cost of the one she ordered. Honestly a free drink card for the mess. Paying more than a gallon of gas for a small cup of beans should be seemless..... people pay for the convenience, we could make something better at home but willing to pay for the Starbucks experience.
