Great American Cookies — Local services in Grapevine

The service was terrible. I asked the server twice to please not add the onions to my wrap. After being ignored because he was too busy chatting and picking with other two servers about the very important glasses of smoothies behind them, my boyfriend asked if he had heard that I didn't want onions and he said "oh yeah I heard her" .. then he turns around and adds them anyways, and I had to ask him to remove them. Not sure if he had issues dealing with a female or having to be an adult and put the bullshitting aside to wait on me. The three male workers were very unprofessional and completely unattentive to the customers and their own work. I was even missing the red peppers that should have arrived on my wrap. All the employees need a lessons in customer service, being attentive and being grown ups. From the mediocre flavor of my wrap to the horrible service, I will not waste my time or money at this...

I would've given them a 5 if it wasn't for Kolver (Korean young lady). My son and I were standing in line to get a cookie and a lady skipped in line. When CLOVER asked who was next, I politely said us! Her co worker, Keelan, young black gentleman with glasses, also told her we were next but she didn't care. She went to the other lady helped her and came to us to apologize ( as soon as Kelan came to us) .. for not helping us first.. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. So you deliberately didn't help us. What's happening? I told her my issue with what she did and her response was "SURE"!

This whole situation was strange! Keelan helped us and had great customer service..I was shocked to find out she was the manager.. Horrible customer service skills..Obviously after reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who has had issues with her! would've given 5 stars if she...

Aggressive and unkind woman in way too much makeup clearly couldn't be bothered to help me and my daughter. We waited in front for ten minutes, I cleared my throat to let her know we were there, and she visibly scowled before coming to help us. I asked about fresh cookie cakes, and she walked me through the process, but avidly tried to prevent me from choosing custom doughs or fillings. She had to step away to pull cookies out of the oven in back and when I inquired about one of those, she gruffly responded they could not be served warm. I asked why not, and she only insisted "policy". We ordered cookies for ourselves, a little bit of each, and they were all cold, raw in the middle, had a bad aftertaste of plastic.
