So, this is my story a few months ago I took my ruby ring to get fix when they returned to me, my husband and I noticed that was not a ruby, the personal who attended me swore 7 times it was a real ruby; not convinced took the ring to the Southlake location they send it for inspection and they confirmed my suspicious, it wasn't a natural ruby. Went back to this Grapevine location to talk with the manager and explained my situation. The person who first attended me, said that she didn't know and that I had to pay again for the service. I felt SCAMMED, the manager said she was going to give me a gift card doing me a favor for the mistake, which was her job I scalated my situation to corporate after Grapevine kept my ring with an absurd excuse and false promises. After following my case for months and thanks God SOUTHLAKE helped me with my ring, they found my ring with the real natural ruby, shipped and today I have it in my hands. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO GRAPEVINE STORE THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND LIE TO YOU...
Read moreI went in this past weekend to have my ring looked at for my semi annual check-in. It being right before the holidays it was extremely busy and on top of that there was a system issue not allowing them to pull up my account. Luisa the store manager was extremely nice and assured me she would look into everything and call me when it’s fixed. To be honest I figured with how busy it gets this time of year I would be forgotten and I would just go back in there after the holidays, but that is not what happened at all. Luisa kept her promise and worked on the issue, she fixed everything and contacted me within a couple days! I was so impressed with how quickly she helped and truly appreciate her dedicating time to fixing everything especially knowing how busy this time of year is and I’m sure she’s having to juggle many things at one time. Read moreI have been to this location and was not a very satisfied customer after leaving the store. I went in to have my ring repaired and because of conflicting information within their system I am now being told my ring cannot be repaired. I was told according to their system I have not been to the store in two years, then after pressing the salesperson I was then told my last visit was 11 months ago. I will not be penalized because the associates cannot properly note or not input in the system when they cleaned my ring. Needless to say I will continue to have this issues resolved free of charge to the customer. Who pays for a lifetime warranty and do not keep up the required maintenance to keep your warranty valid? That makes as much sense as the representative acting as if all employees follow proper...
