Main Street Santa — Local services in Grapevine

The Santa & backdrop were very nice as well as the staff at checkout. Unfortunately, the photographer was not. He just had some very unkind comments when I asked him a question and also when I was trying to get my one year old to smile. He was also short with my mother in law for pulling out her phone to take a call - not to take pictures (I already bought a package beforehand online anyway). This was our first time to “meet” Santa and we were so excited coming in and had planned to make coming to this Santa (all the way from Dallas) a new tradition, but I will definitely be rethinking doing so. Also, completely pointless to make a reservation online - and cheaper packages are also offered on location. I would not...

For 7 years this has been a 5 star place. Our Holiday Tradition. This year(8th) was the absolute worst. The photographer is unprofessional, not good, in a hurry, dismissive, doesn’t care about quality work. He rushed my daughter through poses both times not giving her enough time to react get set look at the camera and smile. He would click as she was moving and we got several photos proving she and Santa were still in motion while the pictures were taken. I told the manager and her response was the most dismissive “oh ok” I’ve ever received. Nothing else was said or done about it. What a wonderful experience for children. Who cares since the money is still good right? Merry Christmas everyone...

We went to story time with Santa for our first time! We were so lucky to get a stop! How Magical! I would definitely recommend anyone to do this with your little one. My son is now 7 and trying to hold on to the Christmas magic with him. He has been seeing Santa for 8 years and this is his only one he believe in.
