Tradehome Shoes — Local services in Great Falls

Tl;dr: excellent service, knowledgeable salespeople who were willing to work with me to find and fine tune the correct shoe for my impaired goblin feet.

Between degenerative arthritis, plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, a stately set of hallux valgus, and a women's 12.5 shoe size, my feet are exceptionally difficult to shoe. Within half an hour at Tradehome Shoes, however, I found myself shod (Hoka One One Gaviota in Mens 10.5 W, for those keeping track.)

More than finding the right shoe for my podiatric issues, the salesmen explained how each might help. I halfway listened, but was mostly just glad that each new pair felt better than the last, and that every shoe felt better than those I wore into the store.

I was so impressed that I bought a pair without even cross referencing prices on Amazon. Tradehome Shoes...

A few months ago I wandered into the Great Falls location of this franchise. I was served with true professional distinction by the local manager, whose name might have been Josh but not sure. I had very specific work shoe needs. Manager took pains to correctly measure my feet and then ran himself ragged providing me with shoe , socks and insole options. Shortly thereafter he went the second and third mile to show my sister viable options for her diabetic feet.

Manager made sure we left not only with his card, .personal cell number added, but with cards for the Bozeman location, closer to us, AND called in front of us to give him/her the information from our purchases.

This is real Montana customer service. Did I mention his shoe. Sock and insole suggestions have...

I was in the store just browsing at the shoes since I was interested in buying some new shoes today, however the worker who was there today was very disrespectful, told us that we were cringy, and stated that we weren’t customers and were loitering because he thought we weren’t going to buy anything, then he told us that if we weren’t going to buy anything we needed to leave because we were wasting his time.
